The IET Media Technical Network, administered by the Institution of Engineering and Technology in accordance with their privacy policy, in cases where you have been invited as a confirmed participant at any one of our Broadcast Projects / IET Media co-sponsored events. This data sharing is for the express purpose of registering you as an on-site visitor to any IET Media events you have signed up for.

Broadband TV News, a media industry trade publication and events provider, in accordance with their privacy policy, in cases where you have registered or have been invited as a confirmed participant at any one of our Broadcast Projects / Broadband TV News events, including the Media Meet & Greet event series. In these cases your data may be shared with sponsors when you grant us permission to do so, via the Account registration process for ticketing.

Deal Room Events Oy, an event tech provider, which Broadcast Projects uses to run their Media Meet & Greet event series, in accordance with their privacy policy, in cases where you have registered or have been invited as a confirmed participant at any one of our Broadcast Projects / Media Meet & Greet events. In these cases your data will be shared witih Deal Room and with our event sponsors.

NAB Show, a division of the National Association of Broadcasters, in accordance with their privacy policy, in cases where you have registered or have been invited as a confirmed participant at any one of our Broadcast Projects / Media Meet & Greet events. In these cases your data will be shared with NAB Show.

We may sometimes contract with third parties to supply services to you on Our behalf. These may include ticketing, virtual event platform, payment processing, search engine facilities, advertising, and marketing. In some cases, the third parties may require access to some or all of your data. Where any of your data is required for such a purpose, We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data will be handled safely, securely, and in accordance with your rights, Our obligations, and the obligations of the third party under the law.
